WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order will be shipped within 2-4 days business after we receive your payment, on condition that the ordered product is in stock and the address you entered is correct. If the product is not in stock you will receive a notification via email .
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our main distribution hub is strategically located in Asia. We at Rich Smoker care about the quality of our products so we check the order for accuracy before shipping. Shipment to all countries will normally take 12-60 days.
I haven't received my order yet, now what?
If you do not receive your expected order within the estimated delivery period that is mentioned on the website, don't panic. Please be patient and wait a few more days, as mail carriers in some countries do not always stick to their promises. Also keep in mind that (public) holidays can cause delays. Of course you can also visit your local post office and check if your package has been delivered at your neighbor's house.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept credit card payments. Other payment options will be added soon.
If you’ve emailed or messaged us, we’ll always respond within one business day. This means messages sent on Friday may not be read until the following Monday.
Yes. All orders are shipped in generic packages or envelopes, without the Rich Smoker logo or name. It will only show our logistics company name, your address and a return address.

Rich Smoker uses its own secure database to store customer information such as names, addresses and order history. This information is used solely by the Rich Smoker team and our postal service to deliver your order and ensure proper service. We treat all privacy-sensitive information confidentially and will never share your information with a third party.
We offer the option to make an order without creating an account, where we only store the necessary information for the delivery.
